bim.GROUP Colleagues Held a Practical Knowledge-Based Lecture at BME

This year, engineers from bim.GROUP were once again invited to support future engineers in learning about parametric-algorithmic design as part of the Construction Informatics Engineering MSc program at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at BME. Their lecture was held within the framework of the Civil Engineering Automation and Modeling course.

Juhász Márton István and Lewandowski Dávid provided a comprehensive overview, starting from fundamental concepts, definitions, and software solutions, illustrating the possibilities through project examples. Following this, Varga-Arendt Eszter conducted a practical demonstration, guiding students through the steps of parametric design.

Since most participants in the course are international students, the lectures were held in English. During the course, students work in teams of four to complete several project assignments, one of which is related to the parametric design topic introduced by engineers from the KÉSZ Group.

The lecturers are eagerly looking forward to seeing the students’ creative and diverse solutions!
