Urban design of the area of the suburb and the train station in Kerava, Helsinki. Design of 10 ha urban design, 80.000 m2 residential, and 11.000 m2 shop. The developement is planned in three sections by 2030, 2040 and 2050 - taking into account the currently also noticeable effects of the climate changing.
