This year, we have entered one of our long-planned and highly anticipated projects for the BIM Tekla Awards, where every year excellence in the construction industry is prized. On behalf of the whole team and the management, I can say that we are immensely proud to have been voted winners in not one, but two categories, and we thank you for that!
Since its first edition, the BIM Tekla Awards have been the Oscars of the construction industry. The winners are announced in categories based on different criteria and are also voted for by the public - so not only can a jury of experts and highly respected judges nominate the best of the year, but also the audience, the respected audience. According to strict and categorical rules and criteria, the projects submitted will be considered not only for their life cycles, innovative uses, cooperation between the different companies involved and their constructability, but also for their uniqueness, creativity and, last but not least, environmental awareness.
We're delighted to announce that we've been named a winner in not one, but two categories at this year's BIM Tekla Awards 2021. Our design and project for the long-cherished and highly regarded Hungexpo F1 Reception Building was voted the best in the "Projects of Public Interest" category. We also won the public vote for this and the category. We thank the judges and the audience for both prizes and the success!
We will also be presenting this project at the Tekla User Meeting, which will take place in mid-November. The traditional gathering - where you can learn about the various BIM developments, what's new in Tekla Structures and the winning projects of the Tekla BIM Awards in Hungary. At the Meeting on 11 November, held at the Danubius Helia Hotel, our colleague Dávid Kúr gave a small project presentation, during which we gave an insight into our plans for the Hungexpo F1 Reception Building.
Once again, we would like to thank you for the first place awarded to us in two categories, and we would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the companies and businesses nominated and winning in the other categories!
For us, the recognition that we have won the first place in two categories is a further confirmation to us. We are constantly looking for new challenges, complex projects that will help us grow, gain new knowledge and, not least, shape the future.
